- The person behind it. A career cybersecurity leader who runs security operations protecting hundreds of businesses by day. That's an unusual background for a web studio, and it's verifiable — read the about page, then ask hard questions on the call.
- The contract. Our offboarding procedure, our 30-day warranty and our "you own everything" promise are written down before you sign, not after.

What a case study will look like
When these are live, they'll follow the same format, and it won't be a mood board:
- The situation — what was broken, in the client's own words
- What we did, specifically
- Measured results — load speed before and after, map rank movement, enquiries per month, with the dates
- A quote from a real named person at a real named business, published with their written permission
If we can't show numbers, we won't publish a case study. A portfolio of pretty screenshots proves nothing except that we own a design tool.
Why we're telling you this
Because the alternative is lying, and our entire pitch is that we're the studio that doesn't. We won't promise you rankings. We won't promise ChatGPT will recommend you. And we won't pretend we've delivered work we haven't. If that costs us a few deals to someone with a fake testimonial page, that's a trade we'll take.
