Reimagine Web Design LLC ("we", "us") is a website design and management business based in Charlotte, NC. You can reach us at hello@reimaginewebdesign.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us: when you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, business name, website and message.
- Technical information: our server logs standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. We do not share your details with third parties except the service providers below.
Who processes data for us

How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become clients: [EDIT — e.g. 24 months], then deleted. Client records: for the duration of our relationship plus the period required for tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@reimaginewebdesign.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're a California resident, you have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale — we don't sell data, so there's nothing to opt out of.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We store credentials in an encrypted vault, use multi-factor authentication on our accounts, and keep client data on systems we control. No system is perfectly secure, but security is the discipline this business is built on.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
