Terms of Service

Last updated: July 16, 2026

⚠ TEMPLATE — REPLACE BEFORE LAUNCH. These are website terms only. They are not your client contract. Your Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work and Care Plan Agreement are separate documents and should be reviewed by an attorney before your first client signs.

About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Reimagine Web Design LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. By using the site you accept them.

What's on this site

We try to keep everything here accurate, including pricing. Prices and service descriptions may change; the price that applies to you is the one in your signed proposal. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance — a project starts when we both sign an agreement.

Our content

The design, text, code and graphics on this site belong to Reimagine Web Design LLC. You're welcome to link to us. Don't copy the site wholesale.

Your submissions

When you send us information through the contact form, you confirm it's accurate and that you're entitled to share it. Don't submit anything unlawful or anyone else's confidential information.

No guarantees about results

We're direct about this everywhere on the site and here too: we do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or inclusion in AI-generated answers. Search engines and AI assistants are controlled by third parties whose systems change without notice. We warrant the work we perform and report honestly on outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law. [EDIT — your MSA should contain the operative liability cap for client work, typically tied to fees paid.]

Third-party links

We link to other sites occasionally. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
